After buying LBB, UBB, CB and Foot Ankle and Achilles programme, then trying to absorb as much free knowledge from David over the past ~6 months on his Instagram, I recently FINALLY became a member of DGRI. There's such a wide range of knowledge on here that really helps you to understand movement and biomechanics in a simple way. The live classes are especially helpful to practically apply what you learn in the theory videos. The way I treat clients in the past 6 months has changed massively, I'm much better now (still have a long way to go) than I was then, and a huge contributor to that is David and DGRI. Chris Leddy

Hi guys! I have been a coach for the last ten years, I have been a gym instructor, personal trainer, very briefly a swimming instructor! My real passion is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I earned my black belt in 2018 and have been teaching in my own school in Wicklow, Ireland for the last five years. I suffered a serious low back injury, and subsequently required surgery. I was lucky enough to connect with David and his methods at the right time! The exercises David exposed me to as part of my treatment plan not only gave me fantastic results, but gave me plenty to reconsider in terms of my own coaching and teaching. Working closely with David, I have massively upgraded my toolbox and am excited to share with you everything I have learned! The breathing exercises are a real favourite of mine, as well as the hip shifting and single leg stance exercises in the LBB programs. These were real lifesavers for me in terms of my recovery!
