Read MoreI found this whole course very insightful and helpful to my work as physical therapist who is heavily biased towards strength and conditioning. I very much like the fact that David and his guests operate on the realm of load and adapt. With that being said, all props to Chris and his recorded sessions, I truly apreciate them as it gives me sort of an inspiration to what I can do with my clients.

Read MoreAfter buying LBB, UBB, CB and Foot Ankle and Achilles programme, then trying to absorb as much free knowledge from David over the past ~6 months on his Instagram, I recently FINALLY became a member of DGRI. There's such a wide range of knowledge on here that really helps you to understand movement and biomechanics in a simple way. The live classes are especially helpful to practically apply what you learn in the theory videos. The way I treat clients in the past 6 months has changed massively, I'm much better now (still have a long way to go) than I was then, and a huge contributor to that is David and DGRI. Couldn't recommend it more!

Read MoreThe input David and his Team generates, is such a big step forward in my daily work as a therapist. The thoughtprocess and the MRI - Scan - View of David of specific movements/ bone - and joint movements aka. biomechanic helps me to spot the real issue a client has. Thank you for all the insight and wisdom <3 Greetings from Germany „The Eyes are useless, When the mind is blind“
