  • How many Consultations will I need?

    Until we’ve assessed you, it’s difficult to estimate how many consultations you’ll need. After your first consultation, we’ll have a better idea of how long it’ll take to get rid of your pain. This will also depend on how well you adhere to your custom plan. Our aim with all our clients is to help them reach their goals in as few sessions as possible, but you have to put in the work too for it to go according to plan.

  • How long should I wait before booking a follow-up consultation?​

    This also depends on each individual person. At the end of your initial consultation, we will figure out a plan that suits you and gets you back to your best in the most efficient way possible.

  • Will my insurance cover the cost of a consultation?

    Online consultations are not covered by insurance, i.e. you won’t be able to claim back the cost.

  • Is this right for me?

    DGR consultations are NOT for those seeking generic solutions like guesswork, basic stretches, or a bit of foam rolling that other therapists provide. Coach Chris Leddy

Chris has been coaching for nearly 15 years, starting out as a gym instructor and personal trainer, with a brief stint as a swimming instructor. But his true passion lies in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—earning his black belt in 2018 and running his own school in Wicklow, Ireland, for the past five years. After suffering a serious low back injury that required surgery, Chris was fortunate to discover David's methods at the perfect time. The exercises David introduced not only played a huge role in his recovery but also transformed his approach to coaching and movement. Through working closely with David, Chris has massively expanded his coaching toolbox and is excited to share everything he's learned. He has a particular passion for breathing exercises, hip shifting, and single-leg stance work—key elements of the Lower Body Basics (LBB) programs that were game-changers in his own rehab. Now, he's dedicated to helping others move, train, and recover better with the same principles that changed his own journey.
