• What format will the programs be delivered?

    Our programs are delivered online through the DGR Interactive platform. Each program begins with a personal introduction from David, offering expert guidance and advice to support you throughout the program. Every exercise includes detailed video demonstrations, along with multiple progressions and regressions, ensuring you can progress at a pace that suits you.

  • What's the difference between the programs and the DGR Interactive Members Site?

    Our programs are designed in a way where anyone can easily follow along with them. They are in the S&C (strength & conditioning) style and showcase the exact exercises we use with our clients and how we coach them. These programs will help you whether you’re a coach or therapist, an athlete aiming to enhance performance, or someone simply looking to move better and live pain-free. For a deeper dive into the theory behind our work, DGRI, the members-only platform is the perfect resource.

  • Where should I start? DGRI or the programs?

    We recommend starting with the programs. They’re highly practical and demonstrate exactly how David, and the team, work with our clients, offering quick wins to get you started. The membership platform delves deeper into the theory, but most coaches on the platform begin with the programs as a foundation.

  • What program should I get?

    Lower Body Basics: A general strength and mobility program focussed on improving the movement of the hips, pelvis, and entire lower body. There are two programs that focus on this area - Lower Body Basics 1 and the next progression to it, which is Lower Body Basics 2./ The Foot, Ankle & Achilles: A targeted program addressing the foot and lower leg, showcasing David's step-by-step approach for training and rehabbing clients with foot issues. Includes four phases of mobility, stability, strength, and plyometric work./ Upper Body Basics: Focuses on enhancing mobility and function in the ribs, shoulders, and spine./ Core Basics: Targets the ribcage and pelvis, while building 3D core strength and mobility.

  • Can I combine the programs?

    We recommend combining a lower-body program with an upper-body program for a balanced approach. This will help you target both areas simultaneously for optimal results. For example, you could start with LBB1 (Lower Body Basics 1) as your lower body program and combine it with UBB (Upper Body Basics).

  • Are CEUs offered?

    Currently, we do not offer CEUs for any of our products.

  • Can I pay in a different currency?

    The platform currently only takes payment in Euro, but we're working on this. You can use the conversion button at the top of the page to view the price in your currency.

  • Do I receive a consultation as part of the program?
